Our 24/7 Contact Centers (C2)  is GCS’ global emergency and customer service center based in Paris allowing for 24/7 worldwide service provision. It is the first point of contact our clients’ members have with us in case of emergency and is dedicated only to serve our corporate clients' employees to ensure the highest level of attention to detail. It's responsibilities include:


  • 24/7 Member Health Navigation & Customer Service
  • 24/7 Emergency Assistance & Evacuation Services
  • Case & Claims Management and Pre-Certification
  • Pre-processing
  • Local relays for network animation & account management
